- Scope — One concern per PR
- Documentation — Update
docs/public/for user-facing changes - No secrets — Never commit
.env, credentials, or prompt packs - No internal docs — Do not add constitutional or certification material to
docs/public/ - Tests — Include tests for functional changes (when applicable)
